By booking an appointment or using services from Manific Beauty Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Manific Beauty Studio provides beauty services including but not limited to:
- Skincare treatments
- Facials
- Lashes, brows, or cosmetic services
- Other aesthetic services
Services may change at any time.
3. Appointments & Booking
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- A deposit may be required
- You agree to provide accurate booking information
We reserve the right to refuse service.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance
- Late cancellations may result in a fee
- No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost
- Deposits may be non-refundable
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
- Your appointment may be shortened
- Full service fees may still apply
- Appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion
6. Payments
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards
- Cash
- Other approved payment methods
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
7. Health & Safety Disclosure
You agree to:
- Disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues
- Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions
We are not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.
8. Results Disclaimer
Results from beauty treatments vary by individual.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Refund Policy
- Services are non-refundable once performed
- Products may be eligible for exchange (if applicable)
10. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law:
- Manific Beauty Studio is not liable for adverse reactions when proper disclosures were not made
- We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages
11. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Promotions cannot be combined unless stated
